"Academic Success and Motivation" seminar will be organized by the Center for Advancing Learning and Teaching (ÖGEM) for the students of the Department of Biology. The seminar aims to raise students' awareness of what motivation is and what influences it, how students can increase their motivation, and how they can set goals that will support their academic lives and motivation. The seminar will be held in Turkish.

The Center for Advancing Learning and Teaching (ÖGEM) will launch a hybrid (in-person and online) writing community titled "Graduate Writing Community." The community is designed to increase your productivity and provide a supportive writing community environment as you work on your thesis or other academic writing projects.

Participants can join either face-to-face (ÖGEM Meeting Room) or online (Microsoft Teams).

Open to undergraduate students of METU Ankara Campus.

Our student workshop "Take This Step for Yourself! Bring Effective Learning into Your Life" will be held face-to-face on Thursday, November 6, 2025, from 14:00 to 15:00, in the ÖGEM Meeting Room. During the workshop, we will discuss methods to make your learning more effective throughout your academic life and engage in practical activities such as creating study plans and enhancing readiness before learning.
