Speaker: Abdulkadir Haktanir is an assistant professor of Psychological Counseling and Guidance at Necmettin Erbakan University, Turkey. Dr. H. was the recipient of the 2017 Exemplary Research and Practice Award: Doctoral Level, an award offered by the Association for Assessment and Research in Counseling- a division of the American Counseling Association. Dr. H. also obtained Necmettin Erbakan University's Most Impactful Scholar Award in Social Sciences last year. Dr. H. took a systematic review and meta-analysis course during his Ph.D.

Speaker: Sinem Toraman, PhD, MA, MS, currently works as a postdoctoral research fellow in the Division of Emergency Medicine at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center in the United States. She co-leads the Pediatric Emergency Medicine Disparities Working Group and manages and enhances the group's research portfolio. She received her BS and MS degrees in Science Education from Turkey, where she worked as a primary and secondary science teacher for more than five years.
