BIO
Dr. Pınar Çağ completed her bachelor's, master's, and Ph.D. degrees in the Department of Guidance and Psychological Counseling at Hacettepe University. Her research interests include marriage, marital satisfaction, romantic relationships, technology, and interpersonal relationship quality. After 10 years of practical experience at the Center for Advancing Teaching and Learning at METU, she has been working in the Department of Guidance and Psychological Counseling at Başkent University since 2023.
SEMINAR CONTENT
Throughout graduate education, students often encounter various patterns of anxiety and stress at different stages. This seminar will provide insights into how to cope with academic stress and anxiety more effectively based on psychological science.
The seminar will be conducted in Turkish.
