Dear Faculty Members,

Teaching and learning at every level have undergone tremendous changes due to fast-paced developments in artificial intelligence systems. Higher education institutions have been grappling with AI's challenges and opportunities and figuring out ways to integrate AI into educational programs. In this context, there is a growing need for learning from good practices with AI implementation at course or curriculum levels.

Office of Learning and Teaching (KOLT-Koç University), Center for Advancing Learning and Teaching (ODTÜ ÖGEM-Middle East Technical University), and Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL-TED University) are organizing an "A Virtual Summit: Exchanging Practices and Case Studies on AI Integrated Teaching and Learning" on December 13, 2024. This summit aims to bring faculty members from these three universities together to share their experiences about integrating AI into their courses. Discussions will contribute to AI's effective and ethical use in teaching and learning on university campuses.

Eligibility: The application for AI Summit 2024 is open to all faculty members from three universities. All topics and disciplines are welcome. You can apply with a case/practice either completed or work in progress.

Deadline: You are kindly invited to submit your applications by November 10, 2024. The program will be announced on November 20, 2024.

The summit will be organized in English.
